Refunds: We offer a 100% refund on the purchase price of the returned product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please note that any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Barking Irons Roastery understands the importance of a hassle-free return process. Therefore, we will cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the product must contain over 50% of its original product, and in the same packaging as when it was received. Any accompanying accessories, tags, or promotional items must also be returned. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we kindly ask you to return the original item as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
