One Shot starts with quality whole bean coffee from Barking Irons Roastery, freshly roasted right here in Chilliwack, British Columbia. The coffee is brewed, concentrated and carefully freeze-dried through the process of sublimation, preserving the flavour and character of the original brew in one convenient, ready-to-go packet.

We partnered with fellow Canadian coffee makers Hasty Coffee of High River, Alberta, who work their magic turning our freshly roasted coffee into the specialty instant coffee tucked inside every One Shot.

The result? A proper cup of Barking Irons coffee without the grinder, brewer or coffee pot.

Just tear. Pour. Add hot water. Ride on.

Each 4.5 g One Shot packet makes one full cup of coffee.

To Brew: Empty the packet into your favourite mug, add 240–300 mL (8–10 oz) of hot water, stir and enjoy.
